Service Description

As we flow through yoga postures, spending a few breath cycles in each shape, we are able to adjust, explore, and strengthen our ability to listen and connect to ourselves. Foundational Flow allows us to find the breath and movement that feels best for our individual bodies and minds. We are able to strengthen our foundation and get curious about alignment and the adaptability of our yoga practice. All experiences welcome and celebrated.
