Hip and Low Lumbar Yin

This short Yin class gives some deep stretching in our lower back and hips, allowing for better circulation as we move along with our day! Amazing practice to experiment with props to see how they can support us, and change the way we feel each shape! The student is responsible to know when to refrain from or alter postures or pace within classes or programs. Prenatal Friendly Restorative

Bringing pillows, blankets, couch pillows if you have them, we use props to allow for ease and stillness in restful postures. This restorative practice provides hip openers and stretching into the lower back by holding postures for around 15 minutes at a time. The student is responsible to know when to refrain from or alter postures or pace within classes or programs. You, the student must be aware that there are physical risks involved with physical activity and understand that it is your personal responsibility to consult with your doctor regarding participation.Yoga and other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment.
